財長：7月出口減幅縮小 H2好轉
（中央社記者韋樞台北5日電）財政部長張盛和透露，7月整體進出口統計還沒有完全看到，但整體確定還是負成長，只是衰退的幅度已縮小，他強調，進出口衰退6成因素來自油價下跌，他相信下半年會好轉。
財政部週五(7日)將例行公布7月海關進出口統計，7月的數值也確定連續黑。張盛和表示，他還沒有看到7月份整體進出口數據，但確定7月出口仍為負成長，但7月衰退幅度較6月收斂，仍看好下半年旺季效應。
張盛和分析，今年第2季GDP成長率退到0.64%，進出口衰退，主要反映兩大因素，一是國際油價下跌，出口成長衰退60%的因素來自油價下跌，其次是機電產品出口衰退10%。
至於全年保3%有望嗎？張盛和強調，下半年會好轉，下半年一般來說是旺季，第2季的股市己經提早反應完畢進出口衰退，目前最壞的狀況已經過去了，他要讓大家知道出口衰退的原因，60%是油價衰退，不是競爭力衰退，但機電產品衰退是因為紅色供應鏈所造的競爭力衰退，這是要警惕的地方。1040805
